Investigation and claim handling

Our team reviews each case individually and identifies the department responsible for the lost item, whether that is an airport lost property office, airline, rail operator, hotel, station or another organization. We then submit the claim through the correct procedure to avoid unnecessary delays.

If the item was lost abroad, we also assign a multilingual specialist to overcome language barriers and communicate effectively with the responsible organization.

Locating and recovering your item

If we locate your item, we will let you know immediately. You can then collect it in person or authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf.

In some cases, we may also be able to offer an additional packing and home delivery service. This is not included in the initial fee and availability depends on the country where the item was lost.
